A lot of information I got during the talk. The
lectures taught me the right way to manage time so that problems would not
rise. Through those talks, too, teaching me to care about myself. There are so
many things that I don’t know what can cause a person to suffer. Therefore, I
am very grateful to hear information from someone who is expert in this field. Moreover,
what is important in this regards is to always be positive in order that bad
things do not happen to us. I’m very happy because I can figure out what the
problem is with myself after I know the root cause and nature of the problem.
This talk tells a lot about how to manage stress. I feel very fortunate to have
been one of the students listening to this lecture, reason I say that because
some student sometimes suffer from severe stress and can lead to death and so
on. Therefore, we as humans must be good at controlling emotions.
